Violation of the terms of use.
In the event of a violation of the Terms of Use or in the event of reasonable suspicion of abuse, adblue shall be entitled to immediately block the user's access to the online offer without prior notice and, if necessary, to initiate civil and criminal proceedings. Furthermore, in such a case adblue shall be entitled to terminate existing service agreements with the user without notice and to discontinue all contractually agreed services, whereby the user's payment obligations shall remain unaffected and any fees already paid by the user shall not be refunded.
